  • Charles Cormack

    For more than 20 years, Charles Cormack has grown his business into CCG, a specialized consultancy dedicated exclusively to the higher and further education sectors. Throughout the past two decades, Charles has played an instrumental role in facilitating university partnership development spanning over 30 countries worldwide. His expertise lies in collaborating with universities, government ministries, agencies, and private operators to conceptualize and implement innovative and financially viable international projects that transcend global markets. Charles' extensive experience ensures CCG clients receive strategic guidance rooted in comprehensive global education industry knowledge.

  • Dr Anzhela Stashchak

    Dr Anzhela Stashchak has been in internationalisation of higher education for over 15 years. Her major responsibilities and expertise in the field are in developing and executing internationalisation strategies, supporting partnership development, building capacity of HEIs in internationalisation. Now Anzhela is the Director for Projects at Cormack Consultancy Group, applying her expertise to look after strategic projects of the company, develop international strategies and was the one to create and launch Internationalisation Course of CCG to start sharing the reach expertise that CCG has accumulated collectively.

  • Dr Aziz Boussofiane

    Dr Aziz Boussofiane has been engaged in international education and internationalisation for 2 decades.  He was responsible for developing TNE strategies and for establishing and managing TNE partnerships across the globe, including North and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, South Asia, East Asia and South East Asia.  He was responsible for developing and launching various TNE models, including Dual and Double degrees and Supported Online Distance learning programme in addition to traditional TNE models.  He has also worked extensively with accreditation bodies abroad.

  • Dr Anthony Manning

    Dr Anthony Manning is Dean for Global and Lifelong Learning at the University of Kent. Anthony is a specialist in international education and work-based learning. He is a Principal Fellow of AdvanceHE’s Higher Education Academy (PFHEA) and a National Teaching Fellow (NTF). Anthony’s publications are in the area of academic skills, literacy training, language assessment and curriculum internationalisation.

  • Roger Horam

    Roger Horam has over 25 years experience in business development and business start-up advice and support - before and during his work with Cormack Consulting Group.

    As a project manager with a need to access funds for projects he wanted/needed to run, Roger became a fundraiser/bid writer by necessity rather than choice with small organisations up to national development agencies.

    He heads up Red Lynx, a private sector consultancy, that doesn’t quite manage to keep its social aims in check, and EDInet, a social enterprise in UK and Czechia. He is also a “Dragon” without money, throwing his drive and expertise into start-up social innovation organisations to get them up and running. He is hardworking and passionate, quite ingenious and offbeat, and always good for a surprise.

  • Prof Mark Edwards

    Emeritus Professor Mark Edwards has 20+ years of higher education leadership experience in Australian and UK universities, including more than 15 years working in the international sector.

    Prior to joining CCG, he worked in the roles of Associate Dean International at an Australian university and as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic & International) at a progressive university in the UK.

    Mark has experience of developing internationalisation strategies and for setting and achieving ambitious student recruitment, study abroad and exchange, and TNE and partnership targets.

  • Tim Steele

    Tim has over two decades of senior higher education experience most recently at a Pro Vice Chancellor International level and has recently finished his tenure as Chair of UUKi Asia Policy network. Tim has been responsible for the development and implementation of a number of internationalisation strategies that have delivered growth for both on and off campus recruitment for UCLan and University of Wolverhampton.

  • Beverley Orr-Ewing

    Beverley was Director of international mobility at a large Russell Group university, responsible for the leadership and development of international mobility and short-term programmes. She fostered a progressive and ambitious mobility strategy concentrating on the growth of both programmes and students.

    Her experience of programme development includes pre-UG and UG global summer schools aimed at supporting international diversity, income generation and recruitment targets. She has a particular insight into how these programmes can be institutionally embedded to support wider strategic objectives.

    She brings significant experience in the Turing programme with a successful track record of maximising application outcomes using funding to support summer and short outbound programmes and increasing the participation rates of those students traditionally underrepresented in mobility.

  • Supriya Mathew

    Supriya is a bold and innovative leader with a diverse portfolio spanning International Relations, Government Affairs, Diplomacy, Strategic Communications, Student Recruitment, Marketing and Branding, Digital and Social Media, and International Engagements. Recognized for building the international profiles of four universities and forging over 400 partnerships across various sectors. Has served as the official spokesperson and representative of universities, engaging with dignitaries, key partners, and government officials globally. Led initiatives that generated new revenue streams through admissions, consultancy, and collaborations, while strategically managing enrolment and cultivating partnerships.

    Credited with designing and implementing comprehensive internationalization strategies that elevated universities' global profiles. This includes launching new projects, securing international funding, expanding student recruitment, and establishing joint research and academic programs.

  • Dr. Santosh Patil

    Dr. Santosh Patil is the Director of International Collaborations and Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ). He has an adequate and versatile teaching and research experience of over 14 years. Completed an ERASMUS+ EU Funding in consortium with Thailand, Malaysia and European Partners, Dr. Santosh was the project lead for Manipal University Jaipur with total Funding in Consortium to all partners € 986,086. He has coordinated more than 80 MoU/MoAs signings and has around 8 years of experience in Internationalization. Structured smooth student exchange policy and developed various process document for Internationalization, dual degrees and progression agreements. He has travelled and adopted best practices in strategic partnership development from countries like, Australia, Malaysia, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam UAE. Delivered numerous sessions on Awareness in Internationalization and Mobility (AIM), Internationalization in Higher Education, and Funding. He is instrumental in collaborating internationally with partners to organize a series of International Conferences, ICAMEN from 2019 to 2022 and ICRAFMN from 2023 to 2025
